Ein gut vorbereitetes Notfallgep\u00e4ck kann dabei helfen, in einer Ausnahmesituation handlungsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben und sich selbst sowie Angeh\u00f6rige besser zu versorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Notfallgep\u00e4ck sollte so zusammengestellt sein, dass Menschen f\u00fcr einen begrenzten Zeitraum auch au\u00dferhalb der eigenen Wohnung mit dem N\u00f6tigsten versorgt sind. Dazu geh\u00f6ren insbesondere pers\u00f6nliche Medikamente, wichtige Dokumente, wetterfeste Kleidung, Hygieneartikel, Verpflegung f\u00fcr unterwegs, eine Trinkflasche, Taschenlampe, Mobiltelefon mit Ladeger\u00e4t oder Powerbank, Bargeld sowie wichtige pers\u00f6nliche Unterlagen. Auch an Babys, Kinder, \u00e4ltere Menschen oder pflegebed\u00fcrftige Angeh\u00f6rige sollte gedacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Notfallgep\u00e4ck sollte an einem leicht erreichbaren Ort bereitstehen und regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden \u2013 etwa mit Blick auf ablaufende Medikamente, Batterien oder saisonal passende Kleidung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schon mit einfachen Vorbereitungen l\u00e4sst sich die eigene Sicherheit deutlich verbessern.
