Somit ist jetzt eine Fl\u00e4che von 6,8 Hektar n\u00f6rdlich von S\u00f6gel als Gewerbegebiet direkt an der Landesstra\u00dfe 51 voll erschlossen. 3.600 Quadratmeter Stra\u00dfenfl\u00e4chen aus Asphalt, 650 Meter Regenwasserkanal einschlie\u00dflich naturnahem Regenr\u00fcckhaltebecken sowie 420 Meter Schmutzwasserkanal sind im Auftrag der Gemeinde und Samtgemeinde S\u00f6gel vom ausf\u00fchrenden Bauunternehmen Schmitz Stra\u00dfen- und Tiefbau GmbH, Neub\u00f6rger, verbaut worden.
