Dieses effektive Ganzk\u00f6rperworkout setzt sich aus Yoga-, Pilates- und Ballett-Elementen zusammen, aber keine Sorge: Es werden keine Spitzenschuhe oder Tutus ben\u00f6tigt. Mitzubringen ist jedoch etwas Takt- und K\u00f6rpergef\u00fchl. Viel Spa\u00df beim Kennenlernen des Fitnesstrends Barre!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Teilnahme kostet 15,00 Euro. 5 LE werden zur Verl\u00e4ngerung der \u00dcL C Erw\/\u00c4ltere, Trainer C Fitness &amp; Gesundheit (Erw. &amp; \u00c4ltere), Trainer C Gymnastik, Rhythmus, Tanz anerkannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Anmeldung erfolgt \u00fcber das \u201eBildungsportal\u201c unter www.ksb-emsland.de.
