Der Start der Corona-Pandemie bedeutete f\u00fcr das Krankenhaus-Caf\u00e9 die Schlie\u00dfung. Ende 2022 begannen dann aber Umbauma\u00dfnahmen und der neue Besitzer Roluf Schl\u00fcter, SV Care Catering GmbH, ging auf Mitarbeitersuche. Kurz vor Weihnachten wurden dann wieder die T\u00fcren ge\u00f6ffnet und das mit neuem Namen. \u201eWir freuen uns \u00fcber den Namen, der nochmal den H\u00fcmmling widerspiegelt\u201c, betont Thomas Kock, stellv. Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer.
