Der Landkreis Emsland hat gemeinsam mit der Gemeinde Spahnharrenst\u00e4tte die Kreisstra\u00dfe 124 (Hauptstra\u00dfe) innerhalb der Ortsdurchfahrt Spahnharrenst\u00e4tte verkehrsgerecht ausgebaut. Hierbei wurde die Fahrbahn von rund 6 auf 6,50 m verbreitert und hat einen belastungsgerechten Aufbau erhalten. Zudem ist der auf der n\u00f6rdlichen Fahrbahnseite vorhandene zu schmale Radweg auf 2 m verbreitert worden. Auf die Gesamtkosten in H\u00f6he von 2,67 Mio. Euro erhalten die Antragsteller vom Land Niedersachsen Zuwendungen in H\u00f6he von \u00fcber 1,57 Mio. Euro. Die verbleibenden Kosten in H\u00f6he von rund 1,1 Mio.
