Viele Grundst\u00fccke sind zwischen 700 und 800 qm gro\u00df; der Preis pro Quadratmeter liegt bei 70 Euro. Die Nachfrage ist gro\u00df. Zurzeit sind nur noch sieben Baupl\u00e4tze verf\u00fcgbar; alle anderen sind verkauft, stehen unmittelbar vor Verkauf oder sind reserviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Grundst\u00fcck erh\u00e4lt nur derjenige, der dies auch selbst nutzen wird. Die Gemeinde S\u00f6gel will insbesondere jungen Familien, die Eigentum schaffen wollen, etwas bieten. Pro Grundst\u00fcck d\u00fcrfen zudem nur maximal zwei Wohneinheiten geschaffen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Erschlie\u00dfungsarbeiten sind in zwei Bauabschnitten eingeteilt. Die Erschlie\u00dfung im ersten Bauabschnitt ist abgeschlossen; erste private Baut\u00e4tigkeiten sind bereits begonnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im zweiten Bauabschnitt ist aktuell die Firma Mecklenburg &amp; Schlangen mit den Erdarbeiten besch\u00e4ftigt. Die Asphaltdecke wird zeitnah eingebaut.
