Der Hildesheimer Hof, die Paderborner Stra\u00dfe, die M\u00fcnstersche Stra\u00dfe und die K\u00f6lner Stra\u00dfe sind bereits in Pflasterbauweise fertiggestellt. Augenblicklich arbeitet das beauftragte Unternehmen Kleinhaus aus Papenburg am Endausbau der Osnabr\u00fccker Stra\u00dfe und der Schlossparkstra\u00dfe. Die \u201eAm Schlosspark \u2013 S\u00fcd\u201c erschlossenen 58 Baupl\u00e4tze waren innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit vergeben. Parallel l\u00e4uft in der Gemeinde S\u00f6gel derzeit die Grunderschlie\u00dfung von 29 Baupl\u00e4tzen \u201eAm Schlosspark-Nord\u201c.
