Es handelt sich dabei um eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Menge von Altreifen und um M\u00fcll in Plastiks\u00e4cken sowie Baufolien.<\/p>\n
Wer zur Herkunft des Unrats Angaben machen kann oder Personen beim Entladen des M\u00fclls beobachtet hat, wende sich bitte an die Samtgemeindeverwaltung in S\u00f6gel unter 05952\/206145 (Herr Schmitz). Jegliche Abfallentsorgung au\u00dferhalb der daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Abfallentsorgungsanlagen ist illegal, informiert die Samtgemeinde. Nach \u00a7 326 StGB ist illegale Abfallentsorgung unter Umst\u00e4nden eine Straftat. Strafrechtlich relevante F\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen mit einer Geldstrafe oder mit einer Haftstrafe geahndet werden. In jedem Fall ist mit einer erheblichen Geldbu\u00dfe zu rechnen.<\/p>\n
