Die Delegation wurde von dem Landrat des Kreises Zastawna, Sergiej Kapitzky,\u00a0gef\u00fchrt. Thomas Kock, Leitung Krankenhausbetrieb und Volodymyr Lopushniak, leitender Oberarzt und geb\u00fcrtiger Ukrainer, f\u00fchrten die Gruppe durch das Haus.
