Auf Knippers Kohlenhof wird die in Meppen heimische B\u00e4ckerei k\u00fcnftig frische Backwaren anbieten und ein Caf\u00e9 betreiben. F\u00fcr das Unternehmerpaar ist dieses der zehnte Standort im Emsland. Das\u00a0 Personal des ehemaligen Betriebes wurde \u00fcbernommen. \u201eDamit garantieren wir einen reibungslosen \u00dcbergang und freuen uns, dass wir unsere Backwaren jetzt auch in S\u00f6gel anbieten k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so Matthias Meyer. Der gewohnt gute Service sei damit gew\u00e4hrleistet.
