{"id":12029,"date":"2013-10-07T19:07:14","date_gmt":"2013-10-07T17:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forum-soegel.de\/information\/?p=12029"},"modified":"2013-10-07T19:07:14","modified_gmt":"2013-10-07T17:07:14","slug":"erlebbares-europa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forum-soegel.de\/information\/2013\/10\/erlebbares-europa\/","title":{"rendered":"Erlebbares Europa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f6gel &#8211; J\u00fcrgen Jansen, Lehrer an der Schule am Schloss\/Oberschule in S\u00f6gel, wollte der Realschulklasse 9 ein Erlebnis von Europa verschaffen und lud den S\u00f6geler Jens Gieseke dazu ein, Unterricht \u00fcber die Europ\u00e4ische Union im Fach Politische Bildung zu gestalten. Jens Gieseke ist seit zw\u00f6lf Jahren in Br\u00fcssel t\u00e4tig und bewirbt sich um einen Sitz im Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament. Er erl\u00e4uterte die Aufgaben der europ\u00e4ischen Verwaltung sowie des Europaparlaments. Dabei wurde deutlich, dass die Mehrzahl der Vorschriften, die viele Lebensbereiche der Europ\u00e4er regeln, nicht von den nationalen Parlamenten und Regierungen beschlossen werden, sondern vom Europaparlament, der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, dem Ministerrat, ausgearbeitet von der europ\u00e4ischen Verwaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Vor Ort konkretisiert sich die Bedeutung Europas bei der F\u00f6rderung\u00a0 von St\u00e4dtepartnerschaften, Infrastrukturma\u00dfnahmen bei Vereinen, bei dem sog. LEADER-Programm, bei Flurbereinigungen und Machbarkeitsstudien. Jens Gieseke erl\u00e4uterte insbesondere die hohe Bedeutung eines gemeinsamen Europas f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von selbstverst\u00e4ndlicher Freiz\u00fcgigkeit, Toleranz, gemeinsamer Politik und W\u00e4hrung.<\/p>\n<p>In S\u00f6gel wird Europa besonders sinnf\u00e4llig durch den Europ\u00e4ischen Geschichtsweg. Er wurde in die Wege geleitet vom Heimatverein Aschendorf, von Josef und Hans M\u00f6hlenkamp und finanziell gef\u00f6rdert von der EU. Der Weg wird sozusagen verwaltet vom Forum S\u00f6gel. Der unter anderen anwesende Josef M\u00f6hlenkamp berichtete kurz \u00fcber die Entstehung des EGWs als Vehikel zur F\u00f6rderung gegenseitiger Toleranz auf kommunaler Ebene zwischen Polen, Holland, Frankreich, Deutschland, aber auch weiteren L\u00e4ndern.
