In Anlehnung an das Leitbild der Schule entwickelte es die Kunstlehrerin Irmgard D\u00fcttmann aus B\u00f6rger, die auch schon das Logo der Oberschule am Schloss in S\u00f6gel entwarf.Das Logo der Grundschule zeigt ein Quadrat, das wiederum in vier kleine Quadrate unterteilt ist. Die kleinen Quadrate zeigen einen Stab in Kreuzform mit Wasser (St. Johannes der T\u00e4ufer), Menschen, eine Sonne und die Buchstaben \u201eABC\u201c. Diese Bilder stehen f\u00fcr den Leitsatz der Schule \u201echristlich \u2013 in Gemeinschaft \u2013 mit Freude \u2013 lernen\u201c Eingerahmt wird das Logo vom Namen der Schule.
